A few days after the Japanese reported Costa Rican authorities were hunting Jeong, he gave one his most bizarre speeches.

Jeong describes axe wielding cultists bent on murder, his missionary work in red light districts, he accuses all his critics of rape, and he completely rescinds his "love your enemy" policy, which was never really much of a policy considering he attacks his critics (the weeds) in every sermon.
